Decent sized and well renovated unit with comfortable mattress, the shower and 2 queen beds.

A quite comfortable way to end my trip. Good pool, parking onsite. The smooth check-in process too.

The hotel has exceptionally attentive staff on shift. Our room had exceptional views over the lake. There was a good choice of outstanding items for continental breakfast. The hotel is in a central location close to the center. A short walk to the main town center where there's plenty of options for food and tourist attractions.

The location was central, short walk to the Polynesian Spa and the City Center, the lake at Rotorua and very close to the Polynesian Spa and shops and great view to the lake. The morning meal was above average with scrambled egg, sausage and 2 toast.

Really enjoyed the way our recently refurbished triple room with a balcony near to the launderette was arranged. It was nice to find an electric kettle and fridges.

Recently refurbished rooms and extremely friendly and excellent staff with another request I made at reception. Unbeatable and excellent location in Rotorua, really close to shops, and the city centre, geothermal Springs and Polynesian Spa across the road.

Really comfortable building and rooms with at least a queen size bed. Above average breakfast for all tastes with scrambled egg, 2 toast plus juice.

The location was great and lovely, around 10-15 minutes walk from The Spa Rotorua. The rooms were great-sized and well renovated on level 3, everything was nice. The breakfast was good hot and above average, the check in was smooth.

The hotel met all my needs, I will definitely be back. Everything here was fabulous, and I really enjoyed the lovely weather. - the free breakfast was great with delicious food. - I stayed in a newly renovated room on an upper level and had a fantastic time. - the staff were extremely helpful, very attentive, and provided efficient service. - the location is good and stunning for walking around Tamaki Maori Village. - It is situated next to many attractions, the lakefront, and several areas.

Great breakfast and dinner, lovely warm rooms and convenient location near city center, museum, and lake front. Friendly staff, exceptionally clean and well-presented. Comfortable beds, nice space to relax, indoor pool for kids, private spa for adults. Close to supermarket, Rotorua Mall, and attractions like the Redwoods Forest and Blue Lakes. Awesome staff, helpful and friendly. Free laundry facilities.

The buffet breakfast and the friendly employees make this place a great choice; it is also conveniently located just 1 km away from the downtown area, and guests can enjoy the available Wi-Fi.

It was difficult to find the front entrance for check-in, and it was dark around the outside, making it uncomfortable to walk alone at night. It was inconvenient to pull/lift luggage up the front steps; there should be a ramp (not with a steep angle).

Great location in the area after renovations, close to tourist attractions, shops, and activities.
